Everybody wants to get the best deal, and even a few dollars saved can go a long way. Because of this, if you discover our products cheaper elsewhere, we'll match the price for you. Not only do we price match but we also offer the same service as if you purchased it at full price! Spotted a cheaper one but want to use Silverlight Optics? Do not worry! You can now do this!

We'll match any product's price with any other merchant, even if it’s on sale. What you should do to get the greatest deal is as follows:

Let us know the product name that you want to price match.

Tell us where you spotted it cheaper and we will look into it.

We will check our prices to see if we can match for you it. Unfortunately, we can't always price match every retailer but we will try our best!

We can only price match against websites and retailers that are based in the US, selling US stock.

We only price match against identical products with the exact same specification as ours. For example, it must be brand new and sealed in a box with a warranty with the exact same items inside the box as ours.

For example, if the product is used/opened/activated we cannot offer you this for the same price as a brand-new one. However, if their product is brand new and sealed with the same contents, we can match that price.

The other retailer in question must also be selling US specification products, and be based in the US with physical stock in the US.

We also cannot match E.O.L products, for example, if a product is no longer being manufactured by the supplier we would not be able to match the price of a retailer discounting this as they could be selling as a loss for stock clearance. However, please do just let us know and we will try our best.

Unfortunately, we can only price-match in-stock items that are available for next-working-day delivery. This also applies to pre-orders, if you can't get the product from another retailer with next-working-day delivery unfortunately we can't match the price.

The other retailers must have physical stock ready for dispatch, not for pre-order. We are a US Retailer and are happy to price-match other retailers if they are offering a more competitive price.

We have a Price Match Promise simply because we understand that the price of a product is very important to customers and if there is someone else doing the same product at a cheaper price, we will try our best to match their price or beat it!

There are also a lot of customers who would like to shop with us but would also like a better price, and we are happy to price match.
